Jania Bailey is currently the President and CEO of FranNet, LCC in Louisville, Kentucky. Part of her role is to oversee the initial vetting and ongoing relationships of FranNet’s franchise partners. Jania’s perspective is far-reaching. She served on the International Franchise Association’s Executive Board of Directors for 6 years and currently serves as the IFA Membership committee chairman. Jania has an eagle-eye view of many franchise organizations coupled with over 30 years of franchise industry experience.
